Applet and ActiveX for digital signing using several smartcards.

It consists of several works:

• Urgent fix of several bugs inherited from existent code of the Applet. The bugs were fixed and a complete Applet refactoring was suggested. As far I know, they haven't done it yet.
• Design and implementation of new features for the Applet and the ActiveX
• Consultant work on causes and possible solutions to structural problems in the project.
• Detection and correction of bugs and/or undesired behaviors caused by the interaction of the different installation software of the different smartcards.

Struts based management web application.

In addition to normal duties in the development and maintenance of an application I also conducted a partial refactoring of the framework to address some structural errors inherited from previous versions.

Once again, support works for other projects were done, such as the design and implementation of a module for emit through RTP (using Java Media Framework) images taken from a webcam.

Management desktop application connected to a data base server.

Work realized from home (Teleworking) with presence in the office once a week.

I implemented and, in some cases, designed several standalone projects: The error control system of the application, an independent desktop application based on MS Access that synchronized periodically with main application, data base access optimizations, etc...

In this period I also performed some support jobs for various projects in different environments (Java, C, ...), such as a module of communicate 16-bit DLLs with 32-bit DLLs, for example.
